brokerAn Enchant broker returned by enchant_broker_init().
type
The type of the dictionaries, i.e. ENCHANT_MYSPELL
or ENCHANT_ISPELL.
pathThe path of the dictionary directory.
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
